The war of words that started a few days ago is still between Egyptian preacher Mazhar Shaheen and the ex-wife of actor Ahmed El-Fishawy Nada El-Kamelongoing.
Despite Shaheen’s apology, trying to justify his words, the businesswoman completely rejected the initiative of the imam of the Omar Makram mosque.
In an interview with a television program on MBC, she confirmed that she encourages marriage, of course, and refuses cohabitation. But she indicated that she had received a clear attack from Shaheen and a personal taunt, as she put it.
She stressed that he should not comment on her appearance in an inappropriate manner, announcing the rejection of his apology, and explaining that she had been bullied because of his words.
sharp crossfire
It is noteworthy that the exchange started between the two sides due to the different views of the preacher and the businesswoman regarding statements by the artist Mohamed Attia, which sparked widespread controversy in Egypt.

“There are 4,200 religions on earth,” Attia said in a previous television interview, exaggerating. What prompted Mazhar Shaheen to respond to him, saying: “The earth has only 3 heavenly messages covered by Islam and not 4200 religions as you claim, unless you consider the worship of mice as a religion and this is stupidity.”
However, Mazhar’s response provoked the entirety, and she wrote through the “Story” feature in “Instagram”: “The Earth contains 8 billion people living in floods, droughts and wars.” She directed her words to Mazhar, saying: “Shut up and the Prophet, because the land is not missing you… Practice your humanity a little and respect the smell of blood, war and devastation.”
