New Trial Announced in Michael Jackson Sexual Abuse Case: Leaving Neverland Documentary Sparks Controversy

Three years following the broadcast of the very controversial documentary Leaving Neverlandin which James Safechuck and Wade Robson accused Michael Jackson of sexual abuse, the case takes another turn according to TMZ, which announces that a trial will open.

June 25 marked the fourteenth anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson, who died in 2009 at the age of fifty. A death that deeply marked the singer’s fans, because of its brutality, but also because of the details given during the autopsy which revealed that the artist weighed only 55 kilos at the time of his death, and that his body was riddled with bite marks. Tragic details, which may be mentioned in the biopic in preparation on the life of the king of pop. A biopic in which his nephew, Jaafar Jackson, son of Jermaine Jackson, will star.

Fourteen years following his death, Michael Jackson is still being talked regarding. However, the news around the artist is not always glorious. This was the case in 2019, during the broadcast of the documentary event Leaving Neverlandin which two men, James Safechuck and Wade Robson, opened up regarding the sexual abuse they allegedly suffered from the singer of Thriller when they were children. A new trial for the King of Pop

Since the early 2000s, numerous rumors and court cases concerning Michael Jackson have been popping up on a regular basis. The artist has been repeatedly accused of sexually abusing minors. Charges that led to various trials, such as in 2005 when he faced Gavin Arvizo, who sued him for sexual abuse. A case in which Michael Jackson comes out acquitted. During this trial, was present Wade Robson.

Who will therefore also be entitled to his trial: the site TMZ announced that Michael Jackson will be tried posthumously in a new trial once morest Wade Robson.
