Discover more about the story of SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream in a brand new trailer. The game will launch on October 4, 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Digital pre-orders are also open today for three editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Exceptional.
In this large-scale multiplayer-focused adventure set in the virtual reality world of Alfheim Online, the Galaxia system spirals out of control, disrupting time and space and creating a new version that blends worlds and timelines. Characters from different arcs of the Sword Art Online series are left to fend for themselves in this unknown world, forging unlikely alliances with even the most unlikely of enemies and rekindling memories as they attempt to get the timeline back on track.
Players will choose from some of their favorite characters from the series to join large co-op groups of up to twenty fighters in cross-border raids and intense boss battles, where each will have a role to play in achieving victory.
Players who choose to pre-order the Deluxe and Premium Digital Editions will be granted 3-day early access to SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream, allowing them to take their first steps into this new world before other fighters.
