New testimony could weaken Prince Andrew’s defense

The threat of a civil trial still hangs over Prince Andrew. The American Virginia Giuffre accuses him of having forced her, with the complicity of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, into three sexual relations in 2001 when she was only 17 years old. The Duke of York continues to deny the facts, claiming to have no memory of a meeting with the complainant.
