New stimulus check of up to $6000 to be issued in August

A stimulus check of up to $6,000 USD is about to be distributed among eligible residents of the state of California. The direct payment will be implemented starting this August and will be a significant economic help to people with low incomes.

A similar financial relief payment will be distributed in New York in the same way. In this case, the amount to be deposited is identical to that in California and is an ideal “boost” to cover daily expenses in each household.

Let’s go back to the American West. In California, the stimulus check will be delivered through the Long Beach Pledge guaranteed income program. Payments will be up to $500.00 USD per month, for one year, to all qualifying families.

If you intend to apply for this stimulus check, you should know that a website has been set up. On it, residents will be able to complete and submit a digital form.

Stimulus check in New York

As we announced in this article, New York will also provide financial assistance to its residents. The monthly payment will also be $500.00 USD for a full year.

The program that will finance this initiative is called the Bridge Project. In addition to providing financial support to families below 185% of the federal poverty level, it seeks to analyze the impact of this guaranteed income.

Other direct payments are expected in several states throughout the country during the month of August. For example, in California itself, a check will be issued for up to $1,312 USD under a different concept.

Exactly the same amount of money is already being issued in the coldest state in the Union. In Alaska, its residents benefit from a direct payment under the Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD).

In Alaska, the revenue comes from oil-related profits. This payment is made there every year and is an ideal economic incentive for each eligible resident.
