What will interest the majority of the general public is the confirmation – or not – of a new bond maturing in one year, on the same formula as that which was proposed this summer and had convinced several hundred thousand Belgians.

As a reminder, if this “voucher” seems so attractive to many savers, it is because the money invested with the State is recovered with interest after only one year, compared to the usual minimum of three years.
