A new sculpture of a hockey goalie installed in the “Park of Legends” in front of the Museum of Hockey Glory has horrified netizens. A photograph of the art object was published in Telegram-channel “News of Moscow”. The monument was created by JSC “Kurganstalmost” and presented to the President of the Russian Hockey Federation Vladislav Tretiak in honor of his 70th birthday.

The photo shows a sculpture of a man in a hockey uniform with a stick in his hands, it is made of iron. On the face of the depicted man is a goalkeeper’s mask. The figure has already been compared with the scandalous “Alenka” in Novovoronezh, as well as with the maniacs from the horror films “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and “Friday the 13th”, in which the main character wore a hockey mask.
