Jeddah – Assistant Foreign Minister Abdulhadi Almansoori announced that the new Saudi visa platform has been launched to develop digital services and provide easy access to the beneficiary. Abdulhadi Almansoori, participating in the second Digital Government Forum, revealed that the new platform connects more than 30 government and private departments. It is a national partnership platform for all government agencies to achieve the national goals of Saudi Arabia.

More than 30 government ministries, authorities and private sector organizations have been connected to the visa platform to facilitate the visa process for Hajj visa, visit visa for tourism purpose, work visa, visit visa for Umrah purpose. Empowering over 50 government agencies and the private sector through Government Visa. The platform also includes a smart search engine to enhance the visitor experience and help visitors learn regarding available visas. The new platform has facilities to learn regarding visa conditions and submission of visa applications and create a visitor profile that makes it easier to review visas and re-apply. Conditions and visa application procedures are the same for visit and transit visas. Abdulhadi Almansoori said that artificial intelligence and advanced technologies are being used on the platform to ensure data integrity and increase the efficiency of the platform.
