Moscow. July 28th. INTERFAX.RU – The Government of the Russian Federation has approved an updated procedure for the formation and submission of agendas in connection with the digitalization of military records, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

The amendments to the Regulations on conscription for military service prepared by the Ministry of Defense and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation provide for the use of information resources by military registration and enlistment offices for conducting electronic personal files of conscripts, and also determine a new procedure for sending agendas in connection with the digitalization of military records.

According to the new rules, “military registration, removal from military registration and amendments to military registration documents can be carried out without the personal appearance of citizens in the military commissariat, by entering into the register of military registration of information contained regarding them in state information systems“.

The reliability, completeness and relevance of the information provided to the Register will be ensured by the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Pension and Social Insurance Fund, the press service added, the operator of the Register is the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

“Citizens will be able to make changes to their information posted in the Register. To do this, you will need to send an appeal to the military registration and enlistment office through the public services portal or by coming there in person. Subpoenas will be posted in the electronic Register of subpoenas – in the personal accounts of citizens on this resource“, the message says.

The rules provide for three ways to send subpoenas: delivery in person, paper version; registered letter, paper version; submission of the agenda in electronic form.

“Citizens will be notified regarding sending a summons by any of the above methods, including to clarify the information contained in the military registration register, by a notification to their personal account on the public services portal,” the press service said.
