Being a scholar who studied North Korean human rights and having media experience is considered an advantage. Director Cho graduated from the Public Administration Exam and served as the Director of Life Safety Policy and the Director of Safety Policy at the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. He is evaluated as the right person to lead the role of the government situation room, including public security and disaster management. Secretary Jang has experience working at the Blue House under the Park Geun-hye administration, and joined during President Yoon’s presidential campaign.
