The municipality dedicated 355 thousand euros to construct this vital car park, strategically located between via della Manganella and via dei Chiassarelli, making it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike.
The funding for this project was secured through the Municipality of Massa Marittima’s participation in a regional tender process, allowing for important financial assistance from the Tuscany region. This program offers regular contributions to cover the repayment of the loan that was obtained by the municipal administration to finance this necessary infrastructure upgrade. Furthermore, the land on which the parking facility is built is owned by the Province of Grosseto, but it has been granted to the Municipality for a substantial period of 99 years through a loan for use agreement, ensuring its long-term viability for the community.
