New medium voltage line for the benefit of Limpio customers

Asunción, IP Agency.- The National Electricity Administration (ANDE) put into service a 23,000 volt line in the city of Limpio, a strategic work to guarantee safe and reliable electricity supply during the summer season.

This new line extends from the Limpio substation to the Mbajue San Francisco neighborhood, benefiting several sectors of the Limpio municipality. Specifically, to the Salado, Villa San Francisco, Salado Villa Enrique, Centro Caacupemí and Villa Madrid neighborhoods.

For the commissioning, the installation of 731 meters of underground Medium Voltage line was built, as well as 7,937 meters of protected overhead line. The work required a total investment of G. 4,150,930,000, which includes both labor and materials.

The works were carried out through National Public Bids No. 1475/19 and No. 1743/23, under the supervision of the Distribution Works Supervision Department, according to the state company’s report.

The institution ratified the commitment to continue making investments to improve the quality of electrical service, thus contributing to the economic development and well-being of the population.
