This Wednesday the 17th, the Minister of Human Development, Dr. Aníbal Gómez, held a meeting with 11 new medical professionals who joined the Formosa health system.
They will serve at the Mother and Child hospital; in the Evita Interdistrict; at the Emergency Center; District 8 and in different first-level health centers.
In this regard, Tatiana Sosa, a specialist in Dermatology, who also trained in Oncological Dermatology and Wound Healing, in statements collected by AGENFOR, He stated that he graduated from the National University of the Northeast (UNNE), in Corrientes, in General Medicine and then, the residencies in Dermatology at the Julio C. Perrando Hospital and at the Dermatological Center, in the city of Resistencia, Chaco.
Furthermore, the sub-specialty of Oncological Dermatology and Wound Healing indicated that it was done in Buenos Aires, at the Favaloro University.
In this context, he pointed out that, from this initialing, he entered the provincial health system, more specifically the Evita Interdistrict Hospital, Dermatology service.
“I am very happy and I hope to be able to provide the best for the province and especially for the patients,” said the professional and highlighted that she is a native of Laguna Blanca. “I return following many years of training,” she emphasized.
In addition, he highlighted that the fact that his hometown now has the possibility of studying medicine “is a great opportunity for young people and for the development of medicine, training new specialists.”
And in conclusion, he highlighted the importance of “doing it in our region, because it has characteristic pathologies and training in the region is not the same as training far away,” noting that “from the beginning, students will be able to learn regarding our diseases, our epidemiology and our area.”
For his part, Lucas Ríos, born in the city of Formosa, said that he also studied at UNNE and proudly stressed that “it is a unique job opportunity that allows me to apply all the knowledge that I have learned,” detailing that he will be in first-class centers. Level of attention.
In this way, he indicated that he is a general practitioner and stressed that “the Formosa health system is very good and one realizes that there are no differences, for example, with Corrientes.”
Luis Billordo also received at the “Fundación Barceló” Faculty of Medicine, Santo Tomé, Corrientes, maintained that “the province always opened the door to us,” remembering that his parents and he are from Corrientes and Chaco, but “from a very young age I live in Formosa.”
And he explained that “services are currently being provided at the “2 de Abril” Health Center, “adapting little by little,” considering that “Formosa’s health system is one of the best there is, since I was in several provinces rotating, like Corrientes and Misiones”.
