Vienna – The SPÖ presented a “master plan for the revitalization of rural areas” on Monday. This is intended to counteract the decline of rural areas, as SPÖ leader Andreas Babler and Upper Austria’s SPÖ state party chairman Michael Lindner explained at a joint press conference in parliament in Vienna.
