A high school student was hospitalized after beating from a classmate in Volos.
The incident happened during a school trip to beach of Voloswhere a student of the 1st Lyceum was severely beaten by a classmate, after an argument.
The perpetrator hit him in the face resulting in his break teeth and tear his lipswhile he was taken to the Hospital for stitches.
The attack took place in the middle of the day on a main street outside an internet cafe where both students had gone, moving away from the school field trip.
The police and emergency services were immediately notified. The victim’s mother filed a lawsuit against the perpetrator’s parents, while the Directorate of Secondary Education of Magnesia ordered a preliminary investigation into the incident.
Both the victim and the perpetrator refused to reveal what preceded the collision. The case is being examined by the police and the educational authority, with the aim of establishing the causes and taking the necessary pedagogical measures
