Sixty-nine professionals have finished their training in the Alicante General Hospital and in the department’s Primary Care centers. From them 65 doctors, trained during the pandemic, at a time when the health system needs more physicians. The farewell ceremony for residents was held this Thursday.
In the current promotion, the largest in the province of Alicante65 doctors finish their residency, three pharmacists and a biologist. The center has trained residents since 1989 and currently has 38 accredited specialties de MIR, FIR, EIR, BIR y QUIR.

Regarding the EIR specialties of Pediatrics, Nursing Labor, Family and Community Nursing and Obstetric-Gynecological Nursingits residents will finish this year in the month of juliosince it was the month in which they joined two years ago, due to the health crisis.
