Following the board of directors meeting held on October 23, 2023, the National Society of Electrolysis and Petrochemicals (SNEP), leader of the Moroccan market for vinyl products and electrolysis products, announced the appointment of Mr. Fayçal EL KADIRI as General Manager, succeeding Mr. Rachid MOHAMMADI, who has exercised his retirement rights.
An engineer by training, graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and holder of an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Mr. EL KADIRI began his career in American design offices, before joining Ynna Holding in 2007 where he held several positions of responsibility in the real estate and industrial sector.
In 2021, Mr. Fayçal EL KADIRI was appointed Secretary General of SNEP, within which he led structuring projects, both operationally and strategically.

The Board of Directors of SNEP would like to pay tribute to Mr. Rachid MOHAMMADI for his remarkable leadership, managerial qualities and dedication as General Director. During his mandate, SNEP carried out the project to extend annual PVC production capacities to 90,000 tonnes, and the project for the PVC compounds production unit for an annual capacity of 25,000 tonnes. These projects required investments of 530 million dirhams and 62 million dirhams respectively.
Mr.Rachid Mohammadi will continue to play an important role in the company as Director.
