Asuncion, IP Agency.- The new director of the Ingavi Hospital of the Social Security Institute (IPS), Dr. Ruth María Elizabeth Zayas Centurión, appointed this Tuesday to replace Dr. Osvaldo Javier Insfrán Hellmann, who resigned from the position, will take office this Wednesday 24, the social security agency reported.
Zayas Centurión was appointed this Tuesday as director of the Surgical Specialties Hospital of Ingavi, dependent on the Health Management of the Social Security Institute (IPS).
He has 30 years of experience in the social security system and 23 years in the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare. He was Chief of Residents in General Surgery.

Likewise, the doctor by the National University of Asunción (UNA), was Technical Manager of the Tesãi Foundation, Alto Paraná.
She completed her Rotating Internship at the Hospital de Clínicas and her Residency in General Surgery at the IPS, becoming Chief Resident of General Surgery.
