According to the resolution of the third board of directors of Dreamers, Tian Lei, the former director of player development, will take over the position of the third chairman of Dreamers.
Zhang Chengzhong is the co-founder of Dreamers. He represented Dreamers in negotiating with the Southeast Asian Professional Basketball League (ABL), and jointly led Dreamers to broaden their horizons. The process of creating Taiwan’s professional basketball league PLG from scratch.
Since the establishment of the Dreamers team, Zhang Chengzhong and the management team have experienced many ups and downs, and two seasons were suspended due to the impact of the epidemic, but they still survived 6 seasons together and successfully established a team culture belonging to the Dreamers .
Zhang Chengzhong said that Dreamer has been established for 6 years. He once felt the cheers of the audience and went through a very hard time. “Now under the operation of the general manager and the management team, Dreamer is in good health. It is also very stable, which really makes us feel very gratified.” When talking about the new chairman Tian Lei, Zhang Chengzhong also mentioned that the Dreamers Club has always had ideas and plans to cultivate players to enter the management team. Tian Lei is a unique player in Taiwan basketball. Tian Lei has 20 years of basketball experience. He has participated in SBL (Super Basketball League), CBA (Chinese Men’s Basketball Professional League), ABL (Southeast Asia Professional Basketball League) and PLG (Taiwan Men’s Basketball League).
