With the beginning of the year, the Apple will start releasing new activity challenges for the Apple Watch starting next week, with others being released by the end of February.
As always, to complete the challenges and earn animated stickers (below) that can be used in the Messages and FaceTime apps, you’ll need to reach certain fitness goals using your Apple Watch.
Lunar New Year
The first challenge will be related to the Lunar New Year, which celebrates the Year of the Rabbit. To get the prize, just perform any type of training for 20 minutes. As Lunar New Year 2023 starts on Sunday (January 22nd) and lasts for 15 days, the challenge will be able to be completed between days 22/1 e 5/2. The Lunar New Year Challenge, however, will only be available in China and other East Asian countries.
heart month
Why Americans Celebrate Valentine’s Daya kind of Valentine’s Day, in February, the next challenge will be heart month. This will require watch owners to perform 30 minutes of exercise a day. February 14th.
black history month
Finally, to celebrate the black history monthFebruary will also feature the Unity Challenge, which will require watch owners to complete the movement circle by seven consecutive days.
