When does the AFP 2022 withdrawal schedule come out?
After the publication of the norm in the official newspaper El Peruano, the Superintendence of Banking and Insurance (SBS) must regulate the standard in the next 15 business days. The institution will issue a schedule indicating the withdrawal request dates for each contributor.

What will the AFP 2022 retirement be like?
As is known, –despite not having a schedule yet– the proposal establishes that the disbursement will be made in three installments. This would be the order and approximate amounts:
- First disbursement of up to 1 UIT (up to S/4,600): within a maximum period of 30 calendar days following submitting the application to the AFP.
- Second disbursement of up to 1 UIT (up to S/4,600): within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
- Third disbursement for the remainder of the amount requested up to 2 UIT (up to S/9,200): within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

What happens if my employer makes my contribution for the month following the deadline?
The employer must make the payment of the worker’s contributions until the fifth business day of the month following the month worked. If he does not do so within this period, he must assume the payment of default interest, which will be deposited into the pension fund.
What happens if my employer does not pay my contribution for the month?

Your insurance coverage will be active as long as you have 4 contributions within the last 8 months before the accident. Therefore, to recover your insurance coverage, you need to contribute to the AFP once more.
