A great controversy arose on social media following the spread of a clip from Tamer Hosni’s movie “Taj”, which includes the soundtrack to the famous Marvel series The Avengers, written by American musician Alan Silvestri.
As soon as the clip spread, a number of Tamer’s fans revealed that the music contained in it was not available in the versions of the movie shown in cinemas, so many of them asked a question regarding whether there were special copies in which Tamer used the music of the famous American film series.
In his first response to the widespread news, Amr Akef, editor of the film “Taj”, said: “No, of course, this was the censorship copy for the Gulf, and unfortunately someone filmed it, and everyone who enters the film can confirm for himself”… explaining that no modification was made to the version that was published.
