It’s 2020, so we’ve all learned to expect the unexpected.
Still, Nevada playing a football game in Las Vegas, but not once morest UNLV, is pretty much #peak2020.
The unbeaten Wolf Pack will face New Mexico on Saturday in a neutral-site game at Sam Boyd Stadium (the Lobos are the home team). The game was originally set for Albuquerque, but the state of New Mexico’s tough COVID-19 restrictions make it very difficult for the Lobos to practice, let alone host a football game.
In any case, there’s a game Saturday, it counts in the standings, and it’ll be a strange situation for both teams. Here are the details:
