Neuropathy is a common disease in the elderly and diabetics. So we must treat it by visiting a doctor. Or prevent it by following important medical advice.

We offer you the most important tips to prevent and avoid the severity of the disease:

1- Control of medical conditions that predispose you to neuropathy, such as diabetes, alcoholism and rheumatoid arthritis.

2- A healthy balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins to maintain healthy nerves

3- Prevention of vitamin B-12 deficiency, which is one of the most important vitamins for healthy nerves) by eating meat, fish, eggs, milk and its low-fat derivatives and fortified cereals.
