1- Control of medical conditions that predispose you to neuropathy, such as diabetes, alcoholism and rheumatoid arthritis.
2- A healthy balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins to maintain healthy nerves
3- Prevention of vitamin B-12 deficiency, which is one of the most important vitamins for healthy nerves) by eating meat, fish, eggs, milk and its low-fat derivatives and fortified cereals.
4- Do exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes to one hour, at least three times a week.
5- Avoid repetitive movements and uncomfortable positions that put pressure on the nerves
