Anna Netrebko worked in Europe for a long time and managed to acquire luxury real estate there. The star has a luxurious penthouse in Vienna, which she has now put up for sale.
The apartment, located in a historic building in the city center, was valued by the singer at 3.9 million euros (more than 210 million rubles at the current exchange rate).
According to the publication Kurier.atNetrebko’s penthouse was created from a couple of apartments, so it occupies two floors and has two entrances.
On the lower tier there is a kitchen, an entrance hall, a bedroom with a bathroom, a dressing room, two storage rooms and a living room, from the panoramic window of which a beautiful view of the Franciscan church opens.
On the second floor there is a living room with a bedroom, as well as a steam bath. In addition, the penthouse is complemented by a rooftop terrace overlooking St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
The reason why Netrebko decided to say goodbye to luxury apartments is simple: she has looked following other real estate.
