Users of Netflix are experiencing problems with some of the features that should be available on the service. The reports were published in Complain here and shows subscribers’ dissatisfaction with the absence of HDR e Dolby VisionBesides the 4K resolution also not working on the platform.
This Monday (25) a user named Davi published his complaint and showed a tone of anger. According to him, the reason is the fact of paying for the R$ 55 to access the resources, but they haven’t been working for months. He is still outraged that the company ignored what had happened until then.
Today (26), a complaint along the same lines of thought was made once more, coming from a user who subscribed to the service recently. In this case, the person claims that they requested help and received only that Netflix is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. Compensation for the problem was also requested.
