The company Netflix reported the cast of voices that will participate in the anime adaptation of the graphic novels Scott Pilgrimand confirmed that studies Science SARU will be responsible for the production of this project. It had previously been reported that Universal Content Productions (UCP)the division of Universal Studio Groupwould be developing the new adaptation.
Edgar Wright adapted the works (wrote the screenplay with Bacall and directed) into a film titled Scott Pilgrim vs. the Worldname of the second volume, which featured Michael Cera like Pilgrim, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Flowers and a cast that included Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Anna Kendrick, Brandon Routh, Jason Schwartzman y Brie Larson, among others. Although it generated good reviews, the expensive film flopped on its release, but became a cult hit for the next decade.

Scott Pilgrim Synopsis
Part action fantasy, part romantic comedy, Pilgrim centers on the titular slacker and a garage band called Sex Bob-omb with his friends. His life is turned upside down when he meets Ramona Flowers, a recently single American girl. But before his love can blossom, Pilgrim is challenged by his love’s seven previous relationships, and must defeat them in exaggerated fashion. Oni Press published six volumes of the series between 2004 and 2010, and the graphic novels not only became indie comic hits, but a publishing phenomenon that broke through into mainstream trends, selling millions of copies.
