Latvia is accelerating its commitment to sustainable transportation with the opening of a second Neste MY Renewable ChargeTM electric car charging station. Located in Iecava, at the Krustiņi gas station, this new station is part of Neste’s ongoing effort to support eco-conscious drivers throughout the Baltic region.

The Iecava charging station is a high-powered hub offering four charging plugs. These plugs can deliver a powerful charge of up to 320 kW, with a total station power output reaching an impressive 600 kW. This means electric car users can enjoy fast and convenient charging, getting back on the road quickly and efficiently. As with all Neste MY Renewable Charge stations, this latest addition runs solely on electricity derived from renewable sources, ensuring charging is truly green and contributes to a more sustainable future.

“Neste aims to provide even more sustainable mobility solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers while actively helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. By establishing this second Neste MY Renewable Charge station in Latvia, located in Iecava, we strengthen our presence in the region. This expansion is not just about locations; we are dedicated to expanding the range of services for electric car drivers in Latvia and across the Baltic region,” said Armands Beizikis, chairman of Neste Latvia’s board. He highlighted that “The new Iecava station is equipped with efficient Kempower chargers, providing reliable charging with a total power of up to 600 kW. In addition to premium fuel and services like our Easy fill windshield fluid refill which is available at the station, we prioritize providing a quality experience for our growing base of electric car users.”

Convenient payment options are available through Neste’s mobile app, making the charging process seamless for both individuals and businesses. Launching with a special introductory price of 0.29 EUR/kWh for the first week.

Customers can enjoy the comforts of a thoughtful design, as the station’s wide canopy provides protection from rain and snow, ensuring a more pleasant charging experience. There’s also the added convenience of a nearby Hesburger fast food restaurant and Narvesen store on site. This allows you to grab a quick meal or coffee while your vehicle charges.
