After having seduced the international scene and having toured some large cities such as Paris or Amsterdam, the Nest concept has just arrived in Brussels. The principle ? Invite customers to join the Nest Club, by becoming a member they will then be able to imagine a completely personalized gastronomic event in just a few clicks. Choice of chef, location, formula, music… The goal is to experience a timeless culinary moment.

It is also possible to take part in events already organized, the opportunity to enjoy yourself while meeting new people. Thus, we had the opportunity to taste a six-course menu concocted by the very talented chef Paul Delrez in a magnificent art gallery (the Imperium in Ixelles) all to a melodious harp tune played live by a musician . A meal where the flavors are innovative, the products noble and the presentation impeccable. We live in a timeless moment, locked in a little bubble where the servers take great care of us and make us feel privileged.

In total, more than fifty prestigious chefs already offer their services on the platform. This is particularly the case of Kevin Lejeune (La Canne en Ville*), Filippo La Vecchia (Osteria Romana) and Matt Lambert (L’Improbable).
