Asuncion, IP Agency.- With the acquisition and implementation of new medical equipment, the San Pedro Regional Hospital and the Santa Rosa del Aguaray General Hospital will strengthen their neonatal services, thus providing better care to newborns.

The Second Health Region – San Pedro, in collaboration with the Los Angeles Foundation, acquired six incubators, a servo-crib and four multiparameter monitors, the Ministry of Public Health reported.

These devices will be essential to provide a safer and more controlled environment for premature babies and those with health problems.

The strengthening of these services with the installation and commissioning of this equipment will allow the doubling of the capacity for neonatal therapy care at both the General Hospital of Santa Rosa del Aguaray and the Regional Hospital of San Pedro.

This advance will allow us to offer higher quality care to newborns who need it most, contributing to the reduction of infant mortality and improving health conditions in the region.

Investing in quality medical equipment is essential to ensure efficient neonatal care and save lives.
