With 56 offices, a Clinical Laboratory and a Service Office for its members, the new EPS Sanitas Neiva Medical Center is inaugurated today in Unicentro.

As part of its strategy to continue strengthening the primary health care model, through medical centers that allow access with increasing opportunity, high human and scientific quality, in addition to the development of health promotion and prevention programs disease that contribute to healthy people, EPS Sanitas inaugurates its new Medical Center in Neiva.
The Medical Center will be at the service of the 126,000 members of EPS Sanitas in the city, being a new example of the commitment to the department of Huila, where it completes 27 years of presence. This will join the more than 56 primary care institutions that EPS Sanitas launches in the country and with which it reaffirms its responsible work in the cities and departments in which it is present.
The infrastructure is located in premises 201-201A and 201B of the Unicentro Shopping Center, it will have 56 offices in which services will be provided such as general medicine consultations, unscheduled consultations, consultation in specialties such as pediatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, family medicine, psychology, nutrition, internal medicine, telemedicine consultation in the subspecialties of rheumatology, hematology and clinical laboratory service. Likewise, its administrative offices will also function in this headquarters, where users will find commercial advice and services.
In this way, it seeks to facilitate access to its members, more comfort and a higher capacity of its facilities, which will be part of the health experience model that the entity is implementing. In addition, with the entry into service of this Institution, there will be more than 100 new direct jobs generated by EPS Sanitas in the region, 80 of them thanks to the involvement of health professionals who will ensure the well-being of patients.
Likewise, vaccination services will be provided and both health promotion and disease prevention programs will be promoted, with the aim of prioritizing the well-being of citizens. These services that the new EPS Sanitas headquarters will provide will allow it to provide Neiva and the department of Huila with significant help in decongesting the emergency services of clinical and hospital institutions, as well as general and specialized consultation services. offered by the different public and private IPS of the city and the department.
This new EPS Sanitas Medical Center joins those that the entity has placed at the service of Colombians in cities such as Villavicencio, Manizales, Armenia, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Santa Marta, Medellín, Ibagué, Soacha, Chía, Cali and Bogotá.
