A couple from Libramont is going through real hell because of their neighbor. He keeps harassing them.

The lady victim ended up falling into depression. Between 2015 and 2021, the couple filed a complaint 27 times for these various actions.
The prosecution had requested 18 months in prison once morest the defendant, a recurring stalker.
