Négociales qualifications come to Moulins

The Négotour travels the roads of France, Belgium, Martinique, Switzerland, Tunisia and lands in Moulins in search of new talent. Les Négociales, 34th edition, take place for the 13th time at the Moulins university campus on Thursday 9 March. To enable students in commercial training to strengthen their negotiation skills and enrich their professional network.

Les Négociales, a very educational role-playing game

Les Négociales is a negotiation competition in the form of role-playing games, 10 minutes to convince and sell better. The student, who plays the role of the seller, faces a buyer, a sales professional.

This competition takes place in several stages. First of all, the Négotour, qualifying phase (taking place in several centers like that of Moulins) to elect the finalists who will go to Epinal.

During these qualifications, the students prepare two cases of negotiation, a first in the morning and a second in the followingnoon which will allow, according to the sum of the points obtained, to establish a classification. The three best negotiators will compete in a final case of negotiation to determine the Négotour podium in each center.

Boosted atmosphere for the 2022 edition

The IUT Clermont-Auvergne, site of Moulins, is, for the 13th time, the qualification center of the Allier. On Thursday March 9, 2023, around a hundred professionals and students from the Moulins conurbation are expected, including students from IFI03 in BTS MCO and NDRC, from Jean Monnet high school in Yzeure in BTS MCO and from IUT Clermont Auvergne in BUT TC, in which the events take place.

They will take part in the qualifying phases of the Negotiations called the Négotour. The long-standing partnership with local businesses helps to create links between businesses and students, it is an approach to strengthening and revitalizing the local economic fabric.

Les Négociales, “revealing talent”

This competition allows students to highlight the skills acquired during their course and also to share them with other participants.

With this competition, students challenge themselves, evolve, question themselves with the help of professionals. It is a unique experience of its kind and highly recognized in the world of commerce. Students enrich their network and professionals find their collaborators of tomorrow.

Following this, students will be able to find internships, work-study programs and jobs to prepare for their professional future.

A grand finale, to elect the winner

On March 22 and 23, 2023 in Epinal, 600 French-speaking students are expected to compete on several negotiation cases.

Among these students will be the 14 finalists from the Allier qualification center. This event will take place in several phases, until the grand finale which will see the 6 best negotiators compete, and reward the big winner of the 34th edition.
