Joined by telephone by Senenews, Arabic teacher Ousmane Faye confirmed the information. “It was at 7:38 p.m. that we saw the lunar crescent in the Darou Salam Sud district, in the town of Ndoffane,” he certified.
Recall that Mr. Faye is described as serious and learned by his neighbors whom Senenews had to contact. Moreover, he is the deputy imam of the mosque of the said city.
