Agent Lucy Tara (played by Yasmine Al-Bustami) has been absent from her usual position for most of NCIS: Hawaii’s second season. As fans anxiously await her reunion with girlfriend Kate Whistler (Tori Anderson), they got a taste of the action to come on CBS in the form of a gripping teaser for Episode 15, Good. Samaritan.
Viewers were absolutely thrilled by Lucy’s brief but thrilling appearance in the latest NCIS: Hawaii promo.
In the new trailer, the fan-favorite agent appears alongside Jesse Boone (Noah Mills) as they are surrounded by a group of North Korean killers.
The threat to her life aside, NCIS fans were thrilled to see another glimpse of Lucy’s promised return.
She was away from the team for several episodes, having taken a new job as Special Agent Afloat in a boat off the coast of Hawaii.

Sadly, that means she’s been estranged from girlfriend Kate for weeks, and fans can’t wait to see them share the screen once more.

Many other fans have taken to social media to post the new trailer and say how excited they are to have the series regular back on screens.
Actress Al-Bustami had to take time off from the show to pursue another commitment, but is now expected to see her in all episodes until the end of the second season.
There has also been no news regarding her final departure from NCIS: Hawaii, so she should be back on the team when the series returns for a third season.
That’s a good thing, because Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) and her team will face an insurmountable task when the series resumes next Monday.
The synopsis for the episode reads: “When a Navy deserter accidentally emerges from hiding, his family becomes a target that drives the NCIS team and Charlie 1 (Linc Hand) to investigate to find out who is behind it. following them.
“Meanwhile, Lucy surprises the team by returning to Hawaii early from her float agent job. »
Now that the Pearl Harbor team is on the radar of North Korean mercenaries, it’s unclear who else will be following them for the rest of the season.
