Cologne – The brothers Franz and Moritz Wagner paved the way for another victory for the Orlando Magic in the North American professional basketball league NBA.
At 135:124 over the Atlanta Hawks, Franz Wagner scored 24 points, his brother Moritz 17 points. Franz Wagner, his team’s best pitcher, also had three rebounds and four assists. Moritz Wagner recorded five rebounds.
The Magic’s winning streak continues, it was the fourth success in a row. In the table of the Eastern Conference, however, the team only occupies 13th place.
NBA: Hartensteins Knicks beat Chicago – Mavs lose without glue
The New York Knicks with the German professional Isaiah Hartenstein remain successful in the NBA. The Chicago Bulls won 128-120 following overtime. Hartenstein had six points, eight rebounds and one assist. The Knicks celebrated their fifth win in a row.
Without Maximilian Kleber, who injured his knee, the Dallas Mavericks lost 90:105 to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry suffered a shoulder injury in the 119-125 loss of the defending champion Golden State Warriors at the Indiana Pacers. Curry was still the best thrower of his team with 38 points.
