A very nice duel at the FedEx Forum in Memphis where the Grizzlies of Ja Morant face the Cavaliers. The 2nd in the Western Conference against the 5th in the Eastern Conference, that gives a match not to be missed. The Grizz are on an incredible 10-game winning streak and look forward to continuing. I MorantDesmond Bane, Triple J, Dillon Brooks and company… everyone is on deck (except Danny Green) to try to equal a franchise record and raise their number of wins in a row to 11.

Cleveland side, it’s a little better. Even if the Ohio franchise has a string of good and bad, wins and losses, it remains on a great home win against the Pels on MLK Day. Returning Ricky Rubio will bring fresh blood to the rotation. Only downside, the absence of Donovan Mitchell, package for the meeting because of a sore adductor.

Ja Morant vs Darius Garland, Evan Mobley vs Jaren Jackson Jr., there’s a lot of good people on the court, and two teams that know how to play good basketball, that’s pretty good, isn’t it?

A revenge between New York and Washington. The last confrontation between the two franchises ended in a victory for the Knicks despite a gala Kyle Kuzma (40 points). Double K will want to repeat their performance against Brunson and Randle who continue their work.
Oh the beautiful poster between the Mavs and the Hawks, Luka Doncic against Trae Young. The Slovenian is announced “probable” and should be on the floor. Atlanta remains on 3 straight wins and wants to continue its recovery. There are going to be sparks in Dallas.
Hornets–Rockets. Nothing to say, you can zap, anyway we will not miss much.
Miami to finally kick off its season. The Heat travel to New Orleans to face Pelicans still without Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson. Jimmy Butler is there, Tyler Herro is back. More time to lose for the band to Erik Spoelstra who must win.
A move to play for OKC and a masterclass in sight for SGA? The Thunder, very surprising this season, receives the Pacers. Indiana – who will have to do without Tyrese Haliburton – will face a hot as embers Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
We’re still waiting for the Clippers. LA’s other franchise still falls short of expectations, what angered Paul George. A new season begins for the Clips which must do better, but beware of the Jazz of Jordan Clarkson and company, it is typically the trap match.
No KAT, maybe no Rudy and Ant-Man, clear field for the Nuggets and the Joker, 40-15-15 incoming for the double (soon to be triple?) MVP.
The Lakers have visitors, but this time it’s not just anyone. The Kings arrive as favorites ~~au Staples Center~~ at the Crypto.com Arena. With four straight wins, Sacramento wants to keep winning and stay in the top 4 in the West. For the Lakers, it’s not 48 points from LeBron that it will take to win, but 65. The worst part is that he is capable of it.
