There will be a new NBA champion in 2022. The Bucks, crowned last year, fell to the Celtics on Sunday night (81-109). We were heading for a defensive match, intense, disputed and worthy of a Game 7 of the Eastern Conference, with two teams under 50 points and only 5 lengths apart at the break (43-48). Then the more modern of the two recalled why the three-point shot has become so important in the NBA.

Boston completely lit the defense of Milwaukee, yet famous in the field, by chaining the award-winning baskets with an absolutely insolent address. A rain of outside shots which gave victory to the Massachusetts franchise in front of its supporters, as hot as their favorite players, qualifying it at the same time for the Conference finals.
