According to an ExWHU employee, the Moroccan defender of Stade Rennais, Nayef Aguerd, is looking for a house in England.
The source reports that board members and technical staff members have all confirmed that the Atlas Lion have met with West Ham United officials this week. There is talk of a possible agreement which should be formalized in the coming days.
“I spoke to two players, I spoke to a member of the technical staff, I spoke to a member of the board and I spoke to someone on the training ground, so five sources different who all confirmed that he (Aguerd) was in England this week visiting homes and meeting club officials. I don’t know if it’s a done deal or not, but there must certainly have been some interest in him doing it.“, launched the ex-Hammers employee in a podcast.
If Aguerd is looking for a home, it would be fair to assume that the talks with Rennes went very well and the deal was done. Thus, there would be no more obstacles to overcome before the arrival of the Atlas Lion in the district of Newham is confirmed.
