Doctor K. Sasikala, who conducted the post-mortem, made serious allegations against the police who first investigated the death of young director Nayana Surya. After the post-mortem, the first possibility was that Nayana’s case was murder. He did not give a statement to the police with the sole conclusion that it was suicide. Sasikala, who was the head of the forensic department, said that the police had not prepared the transcript in her name and that she would fully cooperate with the new investigation team. A copy of the statement prepared by the police had come out the other day that Sasikala had given a statement that Nayana’s was a suicide.
