The real estate brokerage sector is in turmoil. Neho has drawn the wrath of industry professionals by posting announcements from other agencies on its platform last week. Faced with threats of criminal prosecution, the Lausanne start-up deactivated this feature a few days later.
The platform, which had more than 40,000 properties for sale, should allow visitors “easy access to the widest range of real estate in Switzerland”, says the agency. “Our company did not receive any financial advantage, neither at the time of the connection, nor during a possible sale made by the third party in charge of the marketing of the property”, assures the co-founder of Neho Florent Bourachot.
