There is deep disagreement between the EU states, the Commission in Brussels and the European Parliament as to how the community should deal with the billions in aid money for the Palestinians following the Hamas attacks in Israel. This year alone, around 300 million euros have flowed into various projects. Financial aid of 1.18 billion euros from EU funds was planned for the period 2021 to 2024.
