According to Police Order 3 of 1996, the noon and night quiet hours are as follows:

During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30.
The law provides that “violations of the presidential decrees of paragraph 1 point a’ of article 12 of Law 1481/1984 and the police provisions of paragraph 3 subsection b’ of the same article are punishable by imprisonment of up to five months or a fine of up to one hundred and fifty daily units
