ETECSA launches discount offer for its Nauta Plus service, available on all Wi-Fi networks.
The Cuban Telecommunications Company SA (ETECSA) has announced through its official Twitter account (@EtecsaServicios) a special offer for its Nauta Plus service, which allows users to surf the Internet from any Wi-Fi network on the island, 24 hours a day. For a limited time, this service will be available at half price, the company said in its statement.
Nauta Plus is one of the connectivity options offered by ETECSA, allowing users to access the Internet from any Wi-Fi hotspot in Cuba, including parks, squares and other public places, as well as from private connections.
This service stands out for its flexibility, as it is not limited to a single device or location, making it a convenient option for those who need to be connected at all times.
In addition to Nauta Plus, ETECSA also offers the Nauta Hogar service, which allows you to connect to the Internet from home, although with certain restrictions regarding speed and time.
Both services are part of the company’s initiatives to expand internet access on the island, where connectivity still faces major irregularities due to infrastructure limitations and the high cost of service for customers.
As for balance recharges, ETECSA continues to promote the option of recharging Nauta accounts from abroad. A common practice among Cubans who receive support from family and friends in other countries.
