In Macedonia, Thrace and Thessaly, temporarily increased clouds are forecast with local rains and mainly in the midday and afternoon hours sporadic storms. In the rest of the regions, generally clear weather is forecast with local clouds in the continental areas (except Thrace) in the midday and afternoon hours, when there will be rain and isolated storms in the mountains.

Winds will blow in the east from north directions 3 to 5 and in the Aegean locally 6 Beaufort. In the west, the winds will be variable 3 to 4 Beaufort and from late evening they will blow southerly 4 to 5 Beaufort.
The temperature will drop slightly mainly in the north and east. It will reach 28 to 30 degrees in the northern continents, 31 to 33 in the west, 29 to 31 in the rest of the continents and the islands of the eastern Aegean and the Dodecanese, and 28 to 29 degrees Celsius in the rest of the island country. In southern Crete it will locally reach 31 to 33 degrees Celsius.
FORECAST FOR MONDAY 09-09-2024
Sparse clouds which in the Ionian and continental areas will gradually thicken and there will be local rains and sporadic storms, initially in the Ionian and western continental areas, where they will probably be intermittently strong from the afternoon and from the afternoon hours in places in the rest of the continental areas. In the rest of the country initially the weather will be generally clear, but clouds will gradually develop.
Winds will blow in the Ionian and continental from south directions 3 to 5 and temporary in the Ionian 6 Beaufort and in the Aegean from north directions 4 to 5 and in the morning hours up to 6 Beaufort.
Temperatures will be close to normal for the season in most areas. It will reach the northern mainland 28 to 30 degrees, the rest of the mainland 28 to 31 degrees and the island country 28 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Clouds with rain and sporadic storms are predicted in the eastern and southern country, possibly strong in places, the weather will soon improve. In the rest of the regions, few clouds are predicted which will increase in the continental areas during the midday and afternoon hours and from the evening in the Ionian region and it is possible that local rains will occur.
Winds will blow to the west and north northwest 3 to 5 Beaufort turning from the evening to the west to south southwest with the same intensity. In the east and south the winds will blow south southwest 4 to 5 Beaufort.
The temperature will not change appreciably.
