NATO reported repeated escorts of Russian aircraft in three days

NATO Air Command said NATO aircraft have taken to the air several times since April 26 to escort military aircraft from Russia near their airspace.

As specified, Russian aircraft did not enter the airspace of NATO countries.

The message notes the readiness of the forces of the alliance “to guard the skies of the allies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.”
