National team of Ukraine conducts the current draw of the tournament in Division B. Opponents of Serhii Rebrov’s wards in the group are teams from the Czech Republic, Albania and Georgia.
After defeats at the start of the League of Nations against Albania (1:2) and the Czech Republic (2:3), the Ukrainians will host Georgia in the third round. The match is scheduled for October 11 in the Polish city of Poznan.

According to the updated format of the League of Nations, a participant in the group tournament in Division B, where the national team of Ukraine will compete, if it is:
- first place – will rise to Division A;
- the second place – will play a play-off for promotion to Division A with the team that finishes third in the group of Division A;
- third place – will play a tie-break to retain registration in Division B with the team that finishes second in the group of Division C;
- fourth place will be relegated to Division C.
Head-to-head matches are scheduled for March 2025.
In addition, through the League of Nations, you can increase your chances of making it to the 2026 World Cup. The 12 winners of the European selection groups for the 2026 World Cup will directly advance to the final stage of the World Cup. Four more tickets to the planetary championship will be played in a playoff, where the 12 runners-up of the World Cup qualifying groups and the top four winners of the 2024/25 Nations League groups who finish below second place in the qualifying group stage will compete.
