“National Water” clarifies the circumstances of the case of the high water bill for a family in Dammam

Al-Marsad newspaper: The water company responded to what was published by Al-Ekhbariya channel regarding the company’s lack of response to one of its customers in Dammam.

The company said that the aforementioned client has been residing in the property for nearly 10 years and has not transferred the ownership of the water account to him and has not updated his data to activate the settlement of the concessions and has not provided the relevant documents to date.

She explained that she directed the client to conduct a check to treat the property leaks to know the consumption, and the client did not examine the property until 2021 with the continued issuance of monthly bills and the indebtedness included.
