fifthThe Muslim Scholars Association considers that one of the reasons for Lebanon’s weakness, which its enemies have exploited, is the rampant corruption in institutions, public administrations and among officials. Therefore, the Association of Muslim Scholars calls for the issuance of laws that combat corruption and pursue corrupters by forming a national unity government that issues these laws and is ratified in Parliament In this regard, the assembly is interested in requesting the speedy issuance of laws that allow citizens to retrieve their deposits from the banks that seized them in collusion with the Governor of the Banque du Liban, Riad Salameh.
