After reciting verses from the Noble Qur’an, Nasser spoke, according to a statement, expressing thanks and gratitude to the heads of municipal councils and the active members of these councils for “the very great efforts that are being made in this difficult stage, and for the responsibility that they all bear towards the people and their interests, and to carry out tasks that may be In this circumstance, it is outside the tasks of the Municipal Council, especially in light of the state’s abandonment of its responsibilities towards the municipalities and the people, and this is clear.”

Nasser stressed, “We in Hezbollah play the role of mitigating the problems existing in the country and helping people to withstand in this difficult and difficult stage and alleviating their burdens, because addressing the problem lies primarily with the state and its institutions, and no party in Lebanon can It is to address these problems, especially since it requires time, capabilities, capabilities, and economic, financial and other policies.”

He said: “The resistance community is a partner to us with all the benefits that have passed, and it has made a great contribution in all the military wars that have been waged once morest us, and was a partner in the victories that have been achieved. Nasser concluded by saying: “Today, there is no work that takes place in the towns, but we find that the municipality has a role, contribution and efforts in it, whether it is the one who made the money or the one who contributed to the money, and these actions are not easy matters, stressing that living and emergency matters are dealt with by the efforts of the Brotherhood. We are all in the municipalities, villages, philanthropists and financiers, and we have begun to address the files that work to secure basic services for people, especially solar energy for artesian wells, and for water stations in the near future, God willing.”

In turn, Al-Zein thanked the municipalities for the efforts they made in the project of installing solar energy for artesian wells in a number of villages and towns, especially since this project greatly contributed to alleviating the financial burdens on the citizens, considering that if the municipalities did not contribute to these projects, the crisis would have been significantly greater. very big.
